Massage & Wellness is committed to providing high‑quality, personalized services. Because each session is reserved specifically for you and time is set aside to prepare for your appointment, the following refund policies apply:

1. Services

• All completed services are non‑refundable.
Massage therapy is a time‑based service, and payment is required once the session has taken place.


2. Cancellations & No‑Shows

• Refunds are not issued for late cancellations or no‑shows.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, any prepaid amount may be:• Credited to your account for a future session, or
• Refunded upon request (if applicable to the payment method used)



3. Prepaid Sessions, Packages & Specials

• All prepaid sessions, packages, promotions, and special‑rate services are non‑refundable.
• Prepaid sessions may be transferred to another person with approval.


4. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
