These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Massage & Wellness website, booking system, and in‑studio services. By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms
1. Appointments & Booking
• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking.
• A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, ethical, or professional reasons.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in a fee or full session charge.
• Repeated no‑shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Late Arrival Policy
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
• Full payment is still required for the scheduled session.
4. Health & Safety
• You agree to provide complete and accurate health information prior to receiving services.
• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if:• It is unsafe to proceed
• You appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Inappropriate behavior occurs
5. Professional Boundaries
• All services are strictly therapeutic and non‑sexual.
• Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment due.
6. Payments & Refunds
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
• All sales for services, gift cards, and packages are final.
• Refunds are not provided for completed services.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
• Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Packages must be used by the expiration date listed at purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
